Draper Days:

Every July, Draper hosts Draper Days—the city’s biggest and most beloved community celebration. This multi-day event brings residents together for a festival packed with fun, including a lively parade, a 5K race, sports tournaments, outdoor movie nights, live concerts, and a variety of family-friendly activities. It’s a highlight of the summer and a great way for newcomers to experience the community spirit that makes Draper such a special place to live.

Haunted Trail: The Haunted Trail is a family-friendly hike that takes place at the beginning of October. It has spooky creatures, haunting sounds, and special effects. The darker it gets, the spookier the hike. Costumes are highly encouraged.

Tree Lighting Ceremony: An annual tree lighting ceremony where over three million lights are put on trees around the park. This event includes Santa and other special guests, along with hot cocoa and cookies. 

Holiday Market: The Holiday Market is a two-day event with many vendors offering gifts for purchase.. There are also food trucks and free hot chocolate! It is also a great time to visit with their special guests, Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Candy Cane Hunt: The Candy Cane Hunt is an event for children 6 and younger. Candy canes are scattered throughout the park; a small number of these candy canes are specially marked and can be redeemed for prizes. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be there for photos and to visit with the children.
